THE STATION MARK IS A USGS BENCH MARK DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A 3-INCH IRON PIPE THAT IS SET IN A CONCRETE POST. THE MARK PROJECTS 2 FEET AND THE DISK IS STAMPED NORTH BASE 4191.6 1905. REFERENCE MARK NO. 1 IS A STANDARD DISK SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST THAT PROJECTS 6 INCHES, AND THE DISK IS STAMPED NORTH BASE USGS NO 1 1953. IT IS 40 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF STATE ROUTE 39 AND IS THE SAME ELEVATION AS THE STATION.
