Cane Creek Friends Meeting is a historic Quaker Meeting (church building) in rural Chatham County, North Carolina. It is the site of the first monthly meeting of the Friends in North Carolina in 1751.

When Cane Creek Meeting was established George Washington was nineteen years old and the Declaration of Independence was only a gleam in Thomas Jefferson’s eye. The oldest active Meeting in Piedmont North Carolina, Cane Creek Friends Meeting celebrated its 250th birthday in October 2001.

The current Meeting was built in the 1940's and is the fourth church on this site.
