Whale sculpture that is more than it first appears

At first glance, this sculpture is nothing more than a whale tail in a tiny park called "Whale Park." But a second look reveals that the entire park is part of the sculpture as the ground is shaped in the subtle form of the whale's back. Periodically (maybe every five minutes), a watery mist blasts from a hole in the ground, simulating a whale's spout. It's a fun concept.
