I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department benchmark in good condition. It is located at the SE corner of a bridge on Lithia Way (historic 99 Route) spanning Water St. and Ashland Creek. The disk is blank with no designation stamping and monumented on top of a concrete sidewalk and about eight inches north of the concrete and metal railing of the bridge.

My posted coordinates will place you very close to this benchmark.
