La Tour de la liberté est un monument situé dans le parc Mansuy à Saint-Dié-des-Vosges.
La structure représente un oiseau blanc développant ses ailes et symbolise la recherche de la liberté par tous les peuples.
Conçue par deux architectes vosgiens, Nicolas Normier et Jean-Marie Hennin, la Tour fût d'abord construite à Golbey, exposée au Jardin des Tuileries à Paris en 1989, puis inaugurée le 14 juillet 1990 à Saint-Dié-des-Vosges.
