This sandstone Victorian mansion (built 1891) has many Art Nouveau / Art Deco-influenced stained glass windows. The glass dome on the east side was originally stained glass also. Windows can be viewed from the outside for no charge, as the grounds are open to the public from 7 am to sunset.
To view the windows from the inside, you must visit the Lougheed House museum. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the house is open from 11:00 to 16:00. Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00 to 16:00. Admission is $8.50 for adults, less for children, seniors, students, and serving Canadian Forces personnel with ID.
