This is an anamorphous sculpture calle "Kopf" (head) by Markus Raetz; it is located in Merian Park between Basel and Münchenstein.
From most viewpoints this is an abstract sculpure made of a couple of granite bars chaotically lying around. You have to find the exact spot on the hill, from where these bars form a human face.
