"Presidio El Camino was designed and constructed with measures to limit consumption of limited natural resources including gas, electricity, and water during and after construction, and to improve indoor air quality of units. The project includes a broad spectrum of "green" features, ranging from the infill location of the site to the selection of sustainable construction materials. Efficient architectural design minimized construction material waste; and on-site recycling helped to further divert construction debris from land fills. The various sustainable development measures, combined, meet the standards of LEED for Homes at the level of "Gold." (
