The Town Hall was built in 1900. It is very stylish brick building with a great clock tower

The Hinsdale Town Hall Call is mounted in the second pedestal as it rises from the roof of the building. The entire tower is brick and nicely decorated in a light colored stone. The clock background is white, quite possible translucent for lighting at night. The numerals, minute digits and hands are black. Hour designation is Roman numerals. The clocks are mounted on all 4 sides of the tower.
