Just north of Callbeck Road, if you're heading south stop at the Callbeck Road Ahead sign and you're there. It's on the west side of the road and the witness sign can be seen from where you stop. Callbeck Road will take you to 1553J, but take the south end of Callbeck, not the north end, in to the old bridge site or you'll have to cross the creek because the bridge is no longer there.

Rock outcrop along highway no. 6, 15.8 km south of junction with highway no. 3a, 0.7 km north of junction with Hall Siding Road, about 150 m northeast of junction with old highway, tablet at northeast end of rock cut, 15.0 m northwest of centre line of highway, 3.8 m southwest of anchor pole, 2 m below highway level.
