The One Loh House is a tourist attraction along Highway 101 in Garberville, California. It is a large redwood tree laid on it's side, that has had the interior hollowed out so that someone can actually live inside. The intent is to show you how large redwood trees are.

In this strip Zippy say he would like to live in the One Log House with a one-man woman and a one-ton ball of twine, but in the end it just turned out to be another one-night stand.

The One-Log House can be seen in Google Street View.

Date the strip ran: 08/31/2001
