The window depicts the mountains and the river one sees when one turns 180° from the window and looks out over the river, with flowers overlaid on the scene. It is made of leaded stained glass.
The
rowing club's building is in Nelson's
Lakeside Park, the biggest and best park in the city. This park has it all, from beaches to sports to food and drink to sculpture to memorial plaques, trees and benches to flowers and trees and everything in between.
The window was done for the club by Sheryl Robinson in 2000.
