This classic old 4-support water tank is in the old part of Seligman, not far from the railroad tracks and Business MO-37 - the original MO-37 before 37 was moved further east to bypass the old part of town. The wording on the tower is simply
SELIGMAN
MO

Update: This water tower was torn down in 2013, just weeks after this waymark was posted.
