The bridge is a Steadfast Bridge, built in June of 1999 by Bilttolast Products of Fort Payne, Alabama. It is serial #99072 and carries pedestrian traffic between Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies over the Little Pigeon River to River Road and Parkway.
