These hand prints surround a memorial stone for a Central School student.

Central School was established in 1894. This building was constructed in 1930 and is currently Central Elementary School.
At the northwest corner of the building, a granite market reads: "In Memory of Jasmine Cierra Knight / 1-27-2002 / 2-19-2009." This stone is placed on a larger concrete slab. Around the outside edge of this concrete, nineteen of Jasmine's schoolmates have pressed their hand prints into the concrete in memory of their friend. This is a touching display.
