Owens Arts Place Museum Foundation, Inc. is organized exclusively for artistic and cultural purposes. Our mission is to secure, organize and exhibit fine art. We do a variety of cultural activities and work closely with the public schools and senior citizens. The Owens Arts Place Museum is the first and only fine arts museum in the history of Logan County, Oklahoma.

The museum exhibits paintings and sculpture from a variety of local artists. Their website displays some of the items in the museum.
