Another Les Furber design, the course itself is on the northern edge of town, between Highway 31 and Queen's Bay Road. This is a scenic mountain course, but has not a lot of elevation change. Really enjoyable to play. As well, there's a driving range and putting green to occupy one while waiting for the tee.
This is an eighteen holer that plays at 6530 from the blacks, 5116 from the Golds. There is sand sprinkled throughout and water on 9 of the 18. On a couple of holes the water doesn't really come into play unless one should do something really bad, like shank one. (No - NOT personal experience! Just an observation.)
Fairways are reasonably wide but the trees are fairly thick, so a duck hook is usually stopped before travelling very far into the woods. Same with a push slice. Now figure out how to get back out...
