The frieze on the Dutch Royal Palace were apparently made by Ferdinand Bol and/or Rombout Verhulst according to this webpage (
visit link) which discusses the Palace's construction. The building was originally the City Hall.
The frieze on the Palace depicts a woman..probably representing Peace who stands in the middle while being admired from people from around the world. The viewer sees people with animals representing Africa (lion), Asis(elephant), Arabia (camel, the Americas (monkeys) etc.
An Atlas statue is set above the frieze.
