This chapel opened to worship on the 9th October 1920. As two other chapels in the nearby region - São Sebastião and São Romão - this one was built with a single rectangular nave and chancel. The facade, quite plain, is however enhanced with a beautifully framed window and door openings and a triangular fronton.
