Hollywood's iconic building could get some new neighbors if developers have their way, but it's without controversy. Developers want to built two towering building in a parking lot next to the iconic building. Controversy has erupted because of the height of the building and the fact that they could both figurative and metaphorically tower over the googie Records building.
