This sculpture is in the lobby of the Mission Trails Regional Park Visitors Center.

This sculpture is comprised of 5 stone- or stone-like blocks each depicting the face a some other attributes of five individual Native Americans..no doubt to honr the Kumeyaay Indians who first lived on this land. The Park is now a multi-species conservation area and covers a huge swath of San Diego.
The plaque at the site reads:
