This parish boundary marker is on the north side of Dartmouth Park Hill close to the junction with Highgate Hill and near one of the entrances to Waterlow Park.

The marker is broken into two parts with both being fixed into the pavement. The Portland stone marker has not faired well over the years as well as being broken the inscriptions have weathered. On one face can still be seen "S P P" for St Pancras Parish.
An Ordnance Survey benchmark is also cut into the southern face of the northern part of the marker.
