This 1994 building doubles as a Community Center & Lodge. Several mergers & consolidations over the years have removed or changed at least four original lodge charters forcing the use of this modern building, replacing original lodge buildings.

It is always a difficult thing when economics, loss of interest or circumstance forces a lodge(s) (or a Grand Lodge to tae action on that lodge) to merge or consolidate existing lodges. Many brothers are unbelievably resistant to having their charter pulled, changed or at the very least, to suffer a name change. It is a source of pride to be raised and be active in one's original or blue lodge, especially when that lodge has a long and stored history. To take that away can be a source of great pain and sadness. Such is the case with these four lodges which now have become one lodge, their numbers having been seriously diminished over the years.
Sisson Lodge No. 310 and White Pine Lodge #555 merged in 1988. This combined lodge existed until 1999, when it Merged with Dunsmuir-McCloud Lodge #297. Dunsmuir Lodge #297 merged with McCloud Lodge #430 in 1985, producing Dunsmuir-McCloud Lodge #297. This Lodge existed until its merger with Sisson-White Pine Lodge #310 in 1999.
