This bell tower is simply a large, squared U-shape made out of large bricks, with the bell hanging between the two towers of the U. The bottom inside of the U is a hollow with flowers planted in soil.
The bell is a dual-purpose bell. If a rope were attached to one arm (it has been removed), the bell can be swung to let the inside clapper ring it. There is a separate clapper typical of emergency bells. A rope could be attached to that clapper's arm and pulled rapidly for a fast series of clangs.
