Located in the Tonto National Forest, the Indian Gardens Camp was established in 1933 near Kohl's Ranch. The camp flagpole was made of stone and still stands today in excellent condition.

The site has changed little since the 30s, and is still managed by the National Forest Service. While in operation, Company 807 worked on campgrounds in the area. They built tables and fire rings with native stone, and cleared brush. They also built walls for flood control and outbuildings for the nearby ranger station.
Visit Instructions:
Logs must include picture of person with GPS'r in hand with the waymark and log of experience and any additional things learned about the waymark.
