This farm south of West Branch is home to three barn quilts of varying sizes. The first one to catch one’s attention is a colorful twisted star pattern that is mounted over the end door of a red crib barn, but it is hard to photograph straight on. The blue and green block on the barn side resembles fish with their noses pointed toward the center creating a spoke-like configuration. Another small block can be found on a shed, but difficult to photograph from the distance.
Your Visit:
The twisted star block showed up as we took the West Branch exit, so I had to check it out.
