The Mission Valley Branch of the San Diego Public Library is located at 2123 Fenton Pkwy. right next to IKEA.
It is a relatively new and attractive library. In addition to having a computer room for those who need to use the internet but don't have a computer, the library has many desks and quiet spots to plug in and use wi-fi with your laptop. No password is needed.
