Had to take another look at this one. It bears some resemblance to the Sundial Bridge at Redding.

The bridge links Eugene (west side) and Springfield (east side/ commercial district). There's a Sears store nearby. Like the Willamette bridge, it is curved at the approach.
The economic, precast concrete sections were placed in three evenings to avoid traffic disruption below. It won the Portland Cement Association Award for concrete bridges in 2010. The bridge was completed in 2009. The OBEC engineering company completed this for Oregon Dept of Transportation. www.obec.com/bridge/i5-gateway-ped-bridge.html. This area is considering one of the top ten bicycling communities in the nation. Go green!
