This water tower is on the campus of the Chemawa Indian School, a boarding school that provides education for American Indian and Alaskan Native students.

The tower is visible from the entrance gates of the school. It is white in color with the word "CHEMAWA" painted on its west-facing side. A cell phone tower is nearby.
