Clemensbrunnen - Koblenz, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany - Fountains on Waymarking.com

From a distance you will first notice the obelisk which is reminiscent of its builder Elector Clemens Wenceslaus of Saxony. The associated Clemens fountain of 1791 originally stood on the Clemens place and was placed in front of the Municipal Theatre in 1970. The running well was originally surrounded by four semicircular shells.
