The plot is surrounded by mostly trailer homes. There are actually five graves here, although Mrs. Talley's is the only one marked. Three belong to the stillborn children of Jim and Jewell McClellan, while a Talley infant is buried with her mother, Agnes Talley. The lone headstone bears the following inscriptions:

Agnes
Wife of Wm. Tally
Born
Feb. 15, 1860
Died
Feb. 16, 1888

Call at the beautiful
gate. I will be waiting
and watching for
you.

Findagrave refers to this as "Cunningtubby Cemetery," as the land on which it's located belonged to a Native American, Palmer K. "P.K." Cunningtubby. It is still in the hands of his descendants, and it is very well-maintained. Notably, Agnes's parents, the McClellans, and Mr. Cunningtubby are buried in nearby Green Hill Cemetery, also in Davis, while her husband is a few miles away, at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood, OK. There is a nearby creek bearing the name "Chigley," which was Mrs. Talley's maiden name.
