This is my token historic landmark in the district which covers Thirteenth Avenue between NW Davis and NW Johnson Streets. Although the railroad tracks were pulled up, the old warehouses and loading docks remain. The architect, builder or engineer for the Thirteenth Street Historic District: William C.
