FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE SIDEWALK LEADING TO THE
SOUTH ENTRANCE OF THE COURTHOUSE, 3-1/2 FEET NORTH OF THE
CENTERLINE OF A SIDEWALK, AND 4 FEET SOUTH OF A WORLD WAR
MONUMENT. A STANDARD DISK, STAMPED B 134 1935 AND SET IN THE TOP
OF A CONCRETE POST.
