This palindrome is just off a pedestrian path that parallels Main Street, near the intersection of Willie Stargell Avenue. There a lot of cattails grown at the site and I thought it might be too swampy or marsh like to obtain the spot. In June there is no problem as the ground is not wet or soggy, though that could be different in the Winter months.
