The stamp can be obtained at the tourist information in downtown
Eisenach, Am Markt 9.

Built in 1067, Wartburg is one of Germany's oldest castles and one of its most famous and most influential one, having left a mark on almost 1,000 years of German history.

The picture on the stamp is the most popular one of all possible images of the castle. To get it in just the right angle (see picture left), one has to stand on the drawbridge leading to the castle (main coordinates and pictures below).
