To find the campground, then the boat ramp, take 1 Avenue west from the highway. It will end in the campground.

Though use of the boat ramp is free, the campground is not - but you'll probably want to stay there, regardless. It is on the shore of Slocan Lake, beside the beautiful Kohan Japanese Garden, and in Centennial park, which also has sports fields and a children's playground.
