Connolly Park Gazebo II - Voorhees, NJ - Gazebos on Waymarking.com

This is one of three gazebos found here at Connolly Park. This wooden, octagonal, prefab gazebo is the most traditional of the three and the smallest as well. The gazebo has built-in seating, with benches that con hold 14 comfortably and 20 in an lightening storm emergency. A chair rail is in back of the benches ending and stopping at the entrance. The floors and seats of the benches are made of the recycled plastic boards. The wooden roof is shingled and rises to a broad cupola and is topped with a smaller, more traditional cupola. Just under the roof a balustrade design runs along the outside, ending and beginning at the entrance. The first cupola has a similar patterned balustrade arrangement under it as well. As a reference, this is the white gazebo near the playground at the entrance to the park.
