Located at the southeast corner of State and High streets, this building was constructed for Frank D. Bligh, a prominent Salem hotel and theater owner, in 1926. It is known as the "Bligh Building" as a contributing building in Salem's Downtown historic district. The building originally contained at least ten separate shops. In addition to the white brick, a prominent feature is the lion's head downspouts.
