The theater charges $1 per person to enter to shop and $10 per spot for sellers. The front six theater rows were for shoppers to park and the back rows were for sellers. The sellers get a spot and set up tables, tents, or whatever they want in the space between the speaker poles.
The day we went we did not get there until just after noon. Many sellers were packing up to leave so you may want to get their earlier.
The site is also still used as a theater.
