This neon sculputre is entitlted "Green Shirt" and is by Robert Rauschenberg and dated 1967.
The work depicts a group of images...one of course is a green T-shirt. Others include a blonde woman dressing in the mirror, a yellow bicycle, pigs, insects, cubes et al.
