Le théâtre d'origine était un bâtiment de ferme transformé en théâtre d'été de 400 places. La première pièce y a été jouée en 1975 et depuis, une nouvelle pièce a été jouée à chaque année. En 1986, le théâtre est agrandi et 75 places sont ajoutées. Un incendie criminel détruit l'édifice en 1987. Des bénévoles locaux reconstruisent le théâtre actuel à l'automne 1987 et au printemps 1988. Depuis 1991, des soupers sont servis sur place par un traiteur. L'air climatisée est installée dans le théâtre en 1993. Au printemps 2004, un système FM pour malentendants est installée dans la salle de spectacle. C'est un très bel endroit pour assister à une pièce de théâtre.
The original theater was a farm building transformed into a theater with 400 seats. The first play was performed in 1975 and since then, a new play has been performed each year. In 1986, the theater was enlarged and 75 seats are added. Arson destroyed the building in 1987. Local volunteers rebuilt the actual theater in autumn 1987 and spring 1988. Since 1991, dinners are served on site by a caterer. The conditioned air is installed in the theater in 1993. In spring 2004, a FM system for hearing impaired is also put in the auditorium. It is a beautiful place to look at a theater play.
