Body Bazzare, which has been in business 15 years does both tattoos and piercings. While artists come and go, they currently have four. The shop is in a small strip mall, but faces the street. They are open 7 days a week from 12pm to 12am, so when you have that late night urge to be pierced or to get a new tat, they will be open.
