In front of the so-called 'Justizgebäude' (Justice Building), the court house of Ulm, Germany, Baden-Württemberg are sitting two lions. They are protecting the entrance.

The life-sized statues are made of stone. Each of them is sitting on one side of the entrance. They have been created by the artist Karl Federlin in the years 1894 to 1898, when the building was built.
