Nickle Plate Park is located at Davis Street and Nickleplate Road in a quiet neighbourhood three blocks north of Columbia Avenue on the west side of town.

Nickle Plate Park features a nice grassy area for picnicking or just relaxing. There is a large play area with jungle gym, a gazebo, one basketball hoop and picnic tables. This is a public park and available to all visitors and residents.

The playground at Nickleplate is an open field park with a large, new, play structure complete with swings, climbing structures and slides, covered picnic area and washrooms.

There is a dedication plaque located at the entrance to the park.
