This Ranger Station is located on the south side of US Highway 40 approximately 23 miles southwest of Heber City, Utah.

While the attendant facilities and area are open year round, the Strawberry Ranger Station/Visitor Center is only open during warm weather months. During colder weather any necessary permits must be obtained in Heber City before arrival at the site. The Visitor Center usually opens the weekend before Memorial Day and closes in late September.
