This large veteran's memorial stands proudly on the north side of the Caldwell County Courthouse grounds in downtown Lockhart TX.
The memorial is made of black and grey granite, engraved with the symbols of the five branches of the US military, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard, plus the seal of the US Government department that oversees them all: the Dept. of Defense.
