Salt and Pepper has been in business for over 20 years. The founder, Silvio Solano, menus and recipes are still used today. Born in Tezoatlan, Oaxaca Mexico, Silvio moved to Canada in 1969. He spent many years sharing his cooking talents with prestigious restaurants before opening his own and offering the authentic Mexican flavours that make Salt & Pepper famous today. Now when you are there you can access the internet to look up some of the flavours in their receipes or translate a little Spanish if you are a Shaw customer connecting to the internet.
