This bicycle tender can be found in a discreete position, close to the entrance of a offices building in Prager Strasse, in Leipzig, more specifically, in Reudnitz neighborhood. Due to local conditions (the place is covered and surrounded by two tall buildings) the coordinates are not perfect but I suppose they will do it if you read the description.
