Die Kirche zeichnet sich aus durch eine achteckige Kanzel, eine Sakristei, einen Grafenstuhl und dem Kirchenboden im Hauptschiff, der aus Flusskiesel im Fischgrätenmuster gepflastert wurde. Bei der Renovierung wurden neue Kiesel aus der Dill verwendet und im alten Muster verlegt.
Die barocke Orgel stammt vermutlich aus der Schlosskirche zu Dillenburg und soll um 1741 in die Schlosskirche Beilstein überführt worden sein. 1974 wurde das Orgelwerk völlig erneuert, einige Register der alten Orgel fanden hier wieder ihre Verwendung.
2005 wurde der Kirchturm von Grund auf renoviert und von März bis Dezember 2006 wurde das Kirchendach sehr aufwändig und kostspielig saniert. Nach diesen Baumaßnahmen zeigt sich die Schlosskirche wieder von ihrer schönsten Seite.
[EN] The church is characterized by an octagonal pulpit, a sacristy, a count's chair and the church floor in the nave, which was paved with river pebbles in a herringbone pattern. During the renovation new gravel from the river Dill was used and laid in the old pattern.
The baroque organ is probably from the Castle Church in Dillenburg and is said to have been transferred to the Castle Church in Beilstein in 1741. In 1974, when the organ was completely renovated, some registers of the old organ found again their use.
In 2005, the tower was renovated from the ground up and from March to December 2006, the church roof was renovated. After this reconstruction, the castle church shows again at its best.
