Built in 1928 when Globe was a significant mining town, the Post Office was on the first floor and a courtroom for the US District Court for the District of Arizona on the second floor. The two story red brick building no longer serves as a courthouse, but does serve as the town's main post office, retaining much of it original architecture on the exterior and interior.
